To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our studio policies before your visit:
BOOKING:
All services are by appointment only. A valid credit card is required on file to secure your booking.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations incur a 50% fee, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Clients arriving 7+ minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged as a late cancellation. If you're running late, please call or message us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
GUESTS:
Children are welcome at Architech! We simply ask that children are supervised at all times.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Please reschedule if you're feeling unwell or have had recent skin treatments.
REFUNDS:
Services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address them.
